Noam Chomsky as a Jewish Supremacist

One of the books that I’ve read during the past month is Failed States: The Abuse of Power and the Assault on Democracy by Noam Chomsky. I enjoy reading him mainly because he’s a very insightful writer and an excellent analyst. However, when the chips are down, even a Jew like Chomsky turns to be just another Jewish supremacist. Here’s an example taken from Failed States (at 210), listen to the typical, nauseating Jewish self-praise:

“‘It should not be forgotten that the rapid descent to the depth of barbarish took place in the country that was the pride of Western civilization in the sciences, philosophy, and the arts; a country that before the hysterical propaganda of World War I had been regarded by many American political scientists as a model of democracy. One of Israel’s most prominent intellectuals, Amos Elon…describes the German Jewry of his youth as “the secular elite of Europe. They were the essence of modernism – leaders who made their livelihood from brainpowe and not from brawn, mediators and not workers of the land. Journalists, writers, scientists. If it all hadn’t ended so horribly, today we’d be singing the praises of Weimar culture. We’d be comparing it to the Italian Renaissance. What happened there in the fields of literature. psychology, painting and architecture didn’t happen anywhere else. There hadn’t been anything like it since the Renaissance. Not an unreasonable judgment.‘” [Emphasis added.]

Now for the truth, the Weimar republic was a filthy, degenerate cultural and moral sewer dominated by Jews….a politically corrupt entity and an economic basketcase…lurching from anarchy to chaos. It was a miserable place perpetually on the brink of some revolution and chronic, communist strikes. A lot more like a Third World banana republic than anything approaching Renaissance Italy.     Although Chomsky is very good on some issues, he can never, ever acknowledge that Jews, as a group, could do anything wrong. For example, he (along with Finkelstein) criticized the Mearsheimer and Walt report that documented the power of the Israel lobby and its influence on US foreign policy. Even Counterpunch took issue with this:

  2. Thanks for this. I’ll read it. You can add Chomsky’s and Finkelstein’s dismissal of Revisionism to get a fuller picture of where they place the limits of acceptable inquiry and speculation.

    Laughable. He is one of the most outspoken denouncers of Israel and Zionism which is by definition jews as a group. Please learn to think.

  4. Two years ago, Noam Chomsky said something very interesting in the blog section over at Z magazine.

    Chomsky claimed that the Isarelis had just recently threatened to use the Sampson option if US aid to Israel were cut off. Unfortunately, he didn’t provide any evidence for this.

    It is possible that Chomsky is terrified at the very real possibility that the Israeli’s would fire off all 400 of their nuclear missiles into the heart of Europe and Russia. This would very likley be the end of humanity’s little experiement on planet earth.

    If this is true, we have quite serious problem-a lot more serious than most peolple understand-on our hands.

    It might be the case that the Israelis and Jews in general are holding humanity hostage.

    If this is true, my current, pissed off attitude towards Jews would transform into haterd towards Jews. I hope this isn’t true.

  6. Peakoiler’s video is of a Brit stand-up comedian delivering a comedy routine before a small audience. I didn’t stick with it long enough to see if he gets to the subject of the causes of WW I but even if he does, a comedian doing stand-up isn’t the best medium for discussion of this important topic, I’d say. (The guy’s a good comedian, though.)

  7. In re Frank McGuckin’s comment: Is Israel targeting European capitals with nuclear missiles? If so, what is their reason, and does this mean the European countries whose capitals are targeted would be well-advised to target Israel as a deterrent, those that have nukes?

  8. There’s this bizarre comment by Martin van Creveld implying that, which I’ve never seen explained. If Israel is targeting London, Paris, and Moscow with nukes aren’t the U.K., France, and Russia obligated to target Israel in the interest of nuclear deterrence?

  11. Fred, I have come to the same conclusion seperately. Israel and the Jews wouldn’t hesitate to launch missles everywhere. They are spiteful revengeful people and I wouldn’t put it past them. 400 or even 200 nuclear weapons is overkill. Why have so many?

  12. The only purpose for so many is “The Sampson option”. Knowing these people, I know that this is what they will do. In spite, if even Arab armies even came close to destroying Israel, they would launch their missles everywhere, Cairo, Mecca, Medina, Damascus, Beruit, Athens, Ankara, Rome, Paris, Moscow. They would take out the whole lot of us. Even if they struck only the Middle East, the toxic brew would shut off the oil and all hell would break out, which it would.
  13. They would pull the Sampson option. They didn’t hesitate to drop cluster bombs, why should they hesitate with the Sampson option. They are a very prideful people and their pride, they would destroy everything.
