Why is it that there's more suicides in spring, I guess it's from March to May, if I remember correctly. I'm sure surroundings where you live have a lot to do with your mental health. It's no coincidence that people in Russia and even in Finland and Sweden drink a lot of alcohol and suicide rates in those countries are very high as well.
