Gym

About two and a half years ago I got hurt quite badly while working out at the gym. I needed to have surgery and since I had it I was reluctant to get back in the gym. A combination of being lazy and afraid did the trick; however, I love working out with weights too much (it’s my favorite sport), so I joined a gym again. I plan on going every day after work (sometimes before, if I have to), my usual workouts can take between 2 and 3 hours. This is all to say that I won’t be as present on T.C.P., in case you wonder what’s going on…well, I’m probably at the gym pumping iron…

I need to lose 60 lbs in three months. That’s the goal. I’m 5′11″ and 230 lbs, much too fat.
