This is going to be quick and dirty today. No cute cartoons. No philosophizing. We haven’t time for any of that today.

I believe we are on the verge of the outbreak of World War III. Right now.

If I’m wrong, then so be it. I’ll apologize for being overreactive later. Too much hangs in the balance if I am right. Treat it as an exercise if you like. A practice for when the real thing happens, because you can be sure the real thing will happen … and soon.

For those who follow my writings and know just how right I usually am, be advised that I consider this to be very likely in the very near term (within the next week or two), highly likely within the next month or two and dead certain within the next year or two. I am uncertain only about the timing, not the outcome. The outcome is worldwide war, of course, and the likely defeat of America.

There is a convergence of factors just now that, taken together, suggest something momentous in the offing. Do your own googling and research to pull up articles. Today, I am just going to rattle them off, rather than tie in URLs for your ease in reference.

Huge Naval Armada Steams for Persian Gulf

The largest US/EU naval armada assembled since the start of Gulf War I now is taking up station just outside and inside the Persian Gulf, with significant battle groups just coming off an extensive joint military exercise timed to end just now. America never will be more ready to take on Iran, or so it thinks.

The US has announced its intention to emplace a naval blockade of Iran. That, in itself, is an act of war under international law. Never mind that Iran has done nothing to deserve this. Neither Russia nor China, strategic trading partners of Iran’s will take this lying down.

Russia Invades Georgia - Does this stymie Russia for a time?

Georgia, the ex-Soviet province, now is a member of NATO. We are bound to protect NATO members, don’t forget. Georgia just attacked its own breakaway province of Ossetia, which has aligned itself with Mother Russia, despite Ossetia’s being guaranteed independence since 1992. Russia has responded with a military incursion of its own that can be expected to include all of Georgia. Was this orchestrated at this strategic time to occupy and distract Russia from an Iranian invasion?

Russia is a superpower still, make no mistake, capable of fighting on several fronts. Russia has stated that an attack on Iran, due to Russia’s own national interests, will be viewed as an attack on Russia. This is not complicated, except in the drug- and alcohol-addled mind of George W. Bush.

Just-Completed Israeli War Games Simulated Iran Invasion

Israel just completed a massive military war game exercise that simulated the full-on invasion of Iran. Israel never will be more ready to take on Iran.

Us Anti-Iran Rhetoric Just Ratcheted Up Several Notches

American traitor and main Jewish cheerleader for Israel, Senator Joe Lieberman, just called for the invasion of Iran, saying that its rhetoric constitutes a “war crime.” Dick Cheney just amped up his own rhetoric and has gone on the circuit, plumping for an invasion of Iran. General US anti-Iran rhetoric has gone up significantly in the past few weeks and days.

Olympic Games Just Began - Does this stymie China for a time?

China, the perennial wild card, now is on center stage for the world during the coming two weeks’ Olympic Games, with its hands tied. No matter what goes on elsewhere, China simply cannot afford either to move against Taiwan (widely expected during the next military over-extension by America) or pop up in defense of any country being savaged by the US or its minions.

Whatever happens in the next two weeks, rest assured that China then will have a free hand to do whatever it wants. China depends upon Iran for a goodly amount of oil imports. Do the math.

US Stock Market Suddenly Boosted When It Should Have Dropped Precipitously

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac both just announced multi-billion-dollar quarterly losses, along with record losses being reported by most corporations. Together with world events and the dollar’s weakening, the foreclosure crisis, massive bailouts on every front and mounting unemployment, the stock market should be crashing. Inexplicably, suddenly US stocks are soaring. Go figure.

Manipulation, of course. More of what they’ve been doing since 1995, designed to delude American investors and the public in general. Move along. Nothing is happening here. Yeah, right. Well, plenty is happening here and this house of cards quite simply cannot stand much longer.

Precious Metals Hammered Unmercifully and Unaccountably

Oddly enough, though money is being created at a record rate, thereby diluting the purchasing power of the existing money supply, the dollar suddenly is soaring, having risen from the ashes now to stand tall at nearly 76. Just a week or two ago, the dollar was in danger of slipping beneath 70. Obviously, the dollar is being artificially manipulated by the government, largely at the expense of precious metals prices, which have been hammered down at record rates in the past few days, the dollar belies its inherent weakness. Again, this cannot long endure.

What to do? Buy physical silver and do it now - this is the last time you will see silver in the $15 range.

US Economy About to Crash and Burn

It daily becomes more obvious just how precarious is the American economy. The bad news can be papered over with market manipulation just so long, then the manipulation actually accelerates the decline. We are very near the tipping point, I believe. The catastrophic result, Depression II, now is baked into the cake. Nothing can stop it. Nothing. Traditionally, war is used to distract a population saddled with economic catastrophe, don’t forget.

US Air Force Joins the Others with a Jew at the Head

The US Air Force’s commanding general has just been replaced with a Jew. The army long has been in the hands of one Jewish general after another and the Marine Corp’s top general was replaced with a Jew recently, too. I don’t care just how anti-Semitic you might take my pointing this out as being. Facts are facts. Consider how obvious the fact is that our current Middle East warmongering is in support of Israeli (Jewish) interests. Now there is no chance whatsoever that American military units will act against Israel’s interests.

Obama May be About to be Elected

I think the possibility of Obama being elected has the powers that be scared, in that they cannot be certain that he will dance to their tune. This accelerates the need to do something while Shabbats Goyim George W. Bush still occupies the White House.

Next, look for a US aircraft carrier to be sunk with all hands lost.

This is the classic ploy, just as in all past wars. Sunk by Israelis, most likely, but blamed on Iran to provide the pretext for a coordinated attack. Which is the oldest, most obsolete carrier now on station in the Gulf? Like all the obsolete iron left out to dry by Roosevelt in Pearl Harbor, America will lose a symbolic asset while the key will be the loss of life: about three or four thousand dead Americans is the way they think now, in order to get the American public on board in full outrage - the full complement of one of our carriers today.

Then - Martial Law and a National Draft

Expect some incident within America, possibly just as home-grown as was 9/11, to justify the imposition of martial law. Prepare your children for the prospect of a national draft.

What to Do?

Get out of the cities. If I were Iran, I would have prepositioned nuclear weapons throughout the US at strategic locations, most of which coincide with metropolitan areas. Keep in mind that Iranians are not Arabs - they are Aryan. They cannot be expected to roll over and react with nothing but rhetoric, as we have seen before, most notably in Iraq.

Stock up on food and water. It is too late to order from the dehydrated food suppliers, though I have just received an order from Alpine Aire, thanks to the good folks at http://www.homestylemercantile.com/ . Call them and see what they might be able to do for you in whatever time might be left. Go to your supermarket and stock up on canned and dried foods. Put as much away as your funds and storage space will allow. A year’s worth is not out of the question.

Keep your vehicle gas tanks filled and fill up some spare 5-gallon containers with fuel, as well. Have your way out of the city planned in advance.

Though prices have risen dramatically and supplies are much curtailed, get the other white metal - lead - well stocked, along with several weapons for self defense.

Get ready for a possible viral pandemic, similar to the 1917 Spanish Flu - this means, be prepared to quarantine your family for weeks, if not months.

If, after all preparations noted above, you happen to have any money left at all, convert it into anything silver or gold. The dollar is toast.

How will things go for America? Badly. Reread Defensive Racism for my take on things, which so far are playing out just as I have foreseen them.

Israel backs Georgia in Caspian Oil Pipeline Battle with Russia

Georgian tanks and infantry, aided by Israeli military advisers, captured the capital of breakaway South Ossetia, Tskhinvali, early Friday, Aug. 8, bringing the Georgian-Russian conflict over the province to a military climax. Russian prime minister Vladimir Putin threatened a “military response.”

Former Soviet Georgia called up its military reserves after Russian warplanes bombed its new positions in the renegade province.

In Moscow’s first response to the fall of Tskhinvali, president Dimitry Medvedev ordered the Russian army to prepare for a national emergency after calling the UN Security Council into emergency session early Friday.

Reinforcements were rushed to the Russian “peacekeeping force” present in the region to support the separatists.

Georgian tanks entered the capital after heavy overnight heavy aerial strikes, in which dozens of people were killed.

Lado Gurgenidze, Georgia’s prime minister, said on Friday that Georgia will continue its military operation in South Ossetia until a “durable peace” is reached. “As soon as a durable peace takes hold we need to move forward with dialogue and peaceful negotiations.”

DEBKAfile’s geopolitical experts note that on the surface level, the Russians are backing the separatists of S. Ossetia and neighboring Abkhazia as payback for the strengthening of American influence in tiny Georgia and its 4.5 million inhabitants. However, more immediately, the conflict has been sparked by the race for control over the pipelines carrying oil and gas out of the Caspian region.

The Russians may just bear with the pro-US Georgian president Mikhail Saakashvili’s ambition to bring his country into NATO. But they draw a heavy line against his plans and those of Western oil companies, including Israeli firms, to route the oil routes from Azerbaijan and the gas lines from Turkmenistan, which transit Georgia, through Turkey instead of hooking them up to Russian pipelines.

Saakashvili need only back away from this plan for Moscow to ditch the two provinces’ revolt against Tbilisi. As long as he sticks to his guns, South Ossetia and Abkhazia will wage separatist wars.

DEBKAfile discloses Israel’s interest in the conflict from its exclusive military sources:

Jerusalem owns a strong interest in Caspian oil and gas pipelines reach the Turkish terminal port of Ceyhan, rather than the Russian network. Intense negotiations are afoot between Israel Turkey, Georgia, Turkmenistan and Azarbaijan for pipelines to reach Turkey and thence to Israel’s oil terminal at Ashkelon and on to its Red Sea port of Eilat. From there, supertankers can carry the gas and oil to the Far East through the Indian Ocean.

Aware of Moscow’s sensitivity on the oil question, Israel offered Russia a stake in the project but was rejected.

Last year, the Georgian president commissioned from private Israeli security firms several hundred military advisers, estimated at up to 1,000, to train the Georgian armed forces in commando, air, sea, armored and artillery combat tactics. They also offer instruction on military intelligence and security for the central regime. Tbilisi also purchased weapons, intelligence and electronic warfare systems from Israel.

These advisers were undoubtedly deeply involved in the Georgian army’s preparations to conquer the South Ossetian capital Friday.

In recent weeks, Moscow has repeatedly demanded that Jerusalem halt its military assistance to Georgia, finally threatening a crisis in bilateral relations. Israel responded by saying that the only assistance rendered Tbilisi was “defensive.”

This has not gone down well in the Kremlin. Therefore, as the military crisis intensifies in South Ossetia, Moscow may be expected to punish Israel for its intervention.

Why Iran Won’t Budge on Nukes

When U.S. officials appeal to the Iranian people over the heads of its regime, they like to assume that Tehran’s defiance on the nuclear issue reflects only the extremist position of an unrepresentative revolutionary leadership. Plainly, they haven’t met Dr. Akbar Etemad, who ran the nuclear program of the Shah’s regime, which was overthrown in the Islamic Revolution of 1979. The scientist who first launched Iran’s nuclear technology program under a U.S.-backed regime in 1974 today urges the regime that stripped him of his job to reject any international demand that it halt uranium enrichment.

Dr. Etemad told an academic conference in Toronto last weekend, “Iran already stopped nuclear enrichment at the behest of Europe for more than a year [a reference to Tehran's suspension of enrichment between late 2003 and mid-2005, to allow negotiations with the European Union]. And what happened? Nothing.”

Iran delivered its response to the latest Western offer on the nuclear issue to E.U. officials in Brussels on Tuesday, and reportedly avoided any mention of a freeze on uranium enrichment. Britain, France and the U.S. have made clear that the consequence of Iran turning down the current offer will be a push for further U.N. sanctions against Tehran.

In an interview with TIME, the Swiss-educated scientist who lives in Paris and heads a group of prominent Iranian exiles that lobby against a military attack on Iran, said the solution to the nuclear standoff lay in re-establishing relations between Washington and Tehran. Although a senior U.S. diplomat joined the European-led delegation that met with Iranian officials in Geneva recently, Iran’s response to the nuclear proposal may make it difficult for the Bush Administration to create a diplomatic opening.

Surprising as it may be to hear a member of the Shah’s deposed regime support the stance of the Islamic Republic in a confrontation with the West, there is widespread concern among Iran experts that the current Western strategy of demanding that Iran forego the right to enrich uranium has created a diplomatic dead end.

Writing in the International Herald Tribune last week, Trita Parsi, President of the National Iranian American Council, and analyst Anatol Lieven, argued that insisting Iran give up its right to any uranium enrichment is untenable, and instead suggested that the Western powers base their demands on the rights and limitations of the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty - which would allow the international community “to place a verifiable cap on Iranian enrichment and other nuclear capabilities well short of weaponization.”

Dr. Etemad agrees that the NPT, which governs the peaceful pursuit of nuclear energy under the supervision of the U.N.’s International Atomic Energy Agency, holds the key. “The Americans, when they need the NPT, they talk about it; when they don’t need it, they throw it away. You don’t do that with an international treaty,” he said. Iran is a signatory to the NPT, on the basis of which it is being held accountable by the United Nations Security Council over transparency issues. But the NPT allows signatories the right to enrich uranium, under IAEA supervision, for peaceful purposes. The U.S. and its allies fear that even building a peaceful enrichment capability would allow Iran to covertly produce weapons-grade materiel, and have argued that Tehran’s violations of transparency and disclosure requirements of the NPT should mean it has forfeited its right to enrich uranium. But that argument has so far not been embraced by the U.N. or the IAEA, which reports there is “no evidence that Iran was working actively to build nuclear weapons.”

Even though Iran’s known uranium enrichment activities occur under the scrutiny of IAEA inspectors, the U.S. and its European allies and Israel suspect Iran of pursuing nuclear weapons capability. The charge infuriates Dr. Etemad. “With the Shah, we also came to the conclusion that Iran was in great need of nuclear energy because our population was steadily growing and our gas and oil will run out. That’s why even though I was in the old regime, I should be fair to the new regime because they are following the same line. To speak frankly, with its bellicose behavior the West is pushing Iran towards nuclear weapons, even if they don’t want them now.”

The latest proposal from the Western powers hoped to break the deadlock by retreating from its demand that Iran shut down its enrichment activities as a precondition for talks. Instead, the new proposal suggests that Iran simply refrain from expanding its current enrichment program for six weeks, during which time the U.N. Security Council would refrain from imposing new sanctions. And in that “freeze-for-freeze” interim, the two sides would negotiate a more comprehensive deal. But there’s no sign thus far that Tehran is prepared to accept even that proposal.

“The Europeans say stop enrichment and we’ll talk, but the Iranians already did that and nothing happened,” said Dr. Etemad. “At the time of the Shah, we signed contracts with both France and Germany and even then they didn’t deliver. If I were in the current regime, I wouldn’t trust the West. They don’t even give Iran civilian airplane parts, which is costing hundreds of lives; why should they believe that they will give them enriched uranium?” If that’s the position of a liberal critic of the regime, it’s likely that the stance of the current Iranian leadership on the nuclear issue enjoys widespread support among Iranians.

To be sure, many Iranians also fear the consequences of continued defiance. “What if this hard line means war?” asked daytime-mechanic, nighttime-taxi driver Bahram, 24, in Tehran recently, echoing concerns heard from a number of ordinary Iranians.

“For years now, they are threatening us with an attack,” Dr. Etemad said, adding, “This is humiliating. We are not ants,” referring to an Esquire interview with Admiral William Fallon about Iran back in March, in which he is reported to have said, “These guys are ants. When the time comes, you crush them.”

“If you’re weak, they attack you,” says the scientist. “If you’re not weak, they won’t attack you. We have to be a strong country and end these humiliating threats. And being strong means not listening to the foreigners.”

Massive US Naval Armada Heads For Iran

Operation Brimstone ended only one week ago. This was the joint US/UK/French naval war games in the Atlantic Ocean preparing for a naval blockade of Iran and the likely resulting war in the Persian Gulf area. The massive war games included a US Navy supercarrier battle group, an US Navy expeditionary carrier battle group, a Royal Navy carrier battle group, a French nuclear hunter-killer submarine plus a large number of US Navy cruisers, destroyers and frigates playing the “enemy force”.

The lead American ship in these war games, the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN71) and its Carrier Strike Group Two (CCSG-2) are now headed towards Iran along with the USS Ronald Reagon (CVN76) and its Carrier Strike Group Seven (CCSG-7) coming from Japan.

They are joining two existing USN battle groups in the Gulf area: the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN72) with its Carrier Strike Group Nine (CCSG-9); and the USS Peleliu (LHA-5) with its expeditionary strike group.

Likely also under way towards the Persian Gulf is the USS Iwo Jima (LHD-7) and its expeditionary strike group, the UK Royal Navy HMS Ark Royal (R07) carrier battle group, assorted French naval assets including the nuclear hunter-killer submarine Amethyste and French Naval Rafale fighter jets on-board the USS Theodore Roosevelt. These ships took part in the just completed Operation Brimstone.

The build up of naval forces in the Gulf will be one of the largest multi-national naval armadas since the First and Second Gulf Wars. The intent is to create a US/EU naval blockade (which is an Act of War under international law) around Iran (with supporting air and land elements) to prevent the shipment of benzene and certain other refined oil products headed to Iranian ports. Iran has limited domestic oil refining capacity and imports 40% of its benzene. Cutting off benzene and other key products would cripple the Iranian economy. The neo-cons are counting on such a blockade launching a war with Iran.

The USS Iwo Jima and USS Peleliu Expeditionary Strike Groups have USMC Harrier jump jets and an assortment of assault and attack helicopters. The Expeditionary Strike Groups have powerful USMC Expeditionary Units with amphibious armor and ground forces trained for operating in shallow waters and in seizures of land assets, such as Qeshm Island (a 50 mile long island off of Bandar Abbas in the Gulf of Hormuz and headquarters of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps).

The large and very advanced nature of the US Naval warships is not only directed at Iran. There is a great fear that Russia and China may oppose the naval and air/land blockade of Iran. If Russian and perhaps Chinese naval warships escort commercial tankers to Iran in violation of the blockade it could be the most dangerous at-sea confrontation since the Cuban Missile Crisis. The US and allied Navies, by front loading a Naval blockade force with very powerful guided missile warships and strike carriers is attempting to have a force so powerful that Russia and China will not be tempted to mess with. This is a most serious game of military brinkmanship with major nuclear armed powers that have profound objections to the neo-con grand strategy and to western control of all of the Middle East’s oil supply.

The Russian Navy this spring sent a major battle fleet into the Mediterranean headed by the modern aircraft carrier the Admiral Kuznetsov and the flagship of its Black Sea Fleet, the Guided Missile Heavy Cruiser Moskva. This powerful fleet has at least 11 surface ships and unknown numbers of subs and can use the Russian naval facility at Syria’s Tartous port for resupply. The Admiral Kuznetsov carries approximately 47 warplanes and 10 helicopters. The warplanes are mostly the powerful Su-33, a naval version (with mid-air refueling capability) of the Su-27 family. While the Su-33 is a very powerful warplane it lacks the power of the stealth USAF F-22. However, the Russians insist that they have developed a plasma based system that allows them to stealth any aircraft and a recent incident where Russian fighters were able to appear unannounced over a US Navy carrier battle group tends to confirm their claims. The Su-33 can be armed with the 3M82 Moskit sea-skimming missile (NATO code name SS-N-22 Sunburn) and the even more powerful P-800 Oniks (also named Yakhonts; NATO code name SS-N-26 Onyx). Both missiles are designed to kill US Navy supercarriers by getting past the cruiser/destroyer screen and the USN point-defense Phalanx system by using high supersonic speeds and violent end maneuvers. Russian subs currently use the underwater rocket VA-111 Shkval (Squall), which is fired from standard 533mm torpedo tubes and reaches a speed of 360kph (230mph) underwater. There is no effective countermeasures to this system and no western counterpart.

A strategic diversion has been created for Russia. The Republic of Georgia, with US backing, is actively preparing for war on South Ossetia. The South Ossetia capital has been shelled and a large Georgian tank force has been heading towards the border. Russia has stated that it will not sit by and allow the Georgians to attack South Ossetia. The Russians are great chess players and this game may not turn out so well for the neo-cons. UPDATE 8 August 2008 ~ War has broken out between Georgia and South Ossetia. At least 10 Russian troops have been killed and 30 wounded and 2 Russian fighter jets downed. American Marines, a thousand of them, have recently been in Georgia training the Georgian military forces. Several European nations stopped Bush and others from allowing Georgia into NATO. Russia is moving a large military force with armor towards the area. This could get bad, and remember it is just a strategic diversion….but one that could have horrific effects. DEBKA, the Israeli strategy and military site, states that Israeli military officers are advising the Georgian armed forces in combat operations and that 1,000 Israelis are in-combat on the side of Georgia at this time.

Kuwait has activated its “Emergency War Plan” as it and other Gulf nations prepare for the likelihood of a major regional war in the Middle East involving weapons of mass destruction.

The two-ton elephant in the living room of the neo-con strategy is the advanced biowar (ABW) that Iran, and to a lessor extent Syria, has. This places the motherlands of the major neo-con nations (America, France, the United Kingdom), as well as Israel, in grave danger. When the Soviet Union fell the Iranians hired as many out-of-work former Soviet advanced biowar experts as possible. In the last 15 or so years they have helped to develop a truly world class ABW program utilizing recombination DNA genetic engineering technology to create a large number of man made killer viruses. This form of weapon system does not require high tech military delivery systems. The viruses are sub-microscopic and once seeded in a population use the population itself as vectors. Seeding can be done without notice in shopping malls, churches, and other public places. The only real defense to an advanced global strategic biowar attack is to lock down the population as rapidly as possible and let those infected die off.

Unless the public gets it act together and forces the neo-cons to stop the march to yet another war in the Middle East we are apt to see a truly horrific nightmare unfold in OUR COUNTRIES.

Israel hat gestern offiziell gegen den für nächste Woche geplanten Besuch des iranischen Präsidenten Mahmoud Ahmadinejad in der Türkei protestiert.

Der türkische Botschafter in Jerusalem wurde zu einem Gespräch ins israelische Außenministerium einbestellt, in dessen Verlauf betont wurde, daß Israel enttäuscht darüber sei, daß die Türkei einen politischen Führer zu einem offiziellen Besuch einlade und ihm dadurch Legitimität verschaffe, der öffentlich den Holocaust leugnet.

Gleichzeitig überreichte Israels Botschafter in Ankara, Gabi Levy, dem Generaldirektor des türkischen Außenministeriums eine Protestnote, in der die Besorgnis und das Unbehagens Israels ob des Besuchs Ahmadinedschads zum Ausdruck gebracht wird; schließlich habe dieser wiederholt zur Vernichtung Israels - einem engen Verbündeten der Türkei - aufgerufen. Kritisiert wurde dabei auch das Timing des Besuchs zu einer Zeit, da die Verhandlungen zwischen dem Iran und den sechs Großmächten ein entscheidendes Stadium erreicht hätten.

Der iranische Präsident versucht bereits seit vier Jahren, einen Besuch in der Türkei zu organisieren. Bisher wurde ein solcher jedoch aus verschiedenen Gründen immer wieder abgesagt. In den vergangen Monaten haben sich die iranisch-türkischen Beziehungen vor dem Hintergrund türkischer Versuche zur Vermittlung zwischen den USA und der Iranischen Republik intensiviert.

Der geplante Besuch Ahmadinedschads hat auch in der Türkei selbst zu heftigen Protesten geführt. Grund dafür ist u. a., daß sich der iranische Präsident weigert, einen Kranz auf dem Grab des Gründers der modernen Türkei, Kemal Atatürk, niederzulegen, da dieser den Islam bekämpft und die Türkei zu einem säkularen Staat gemacht habe.

Unterdessen hat der libysche Staatschef Muamar al-Gadaffi während eines Besuchs in Tunis den Iran dafür kritisiert, trotz aller Widerstände “aus bloßem Hochmut” auf seinem Atomprogramm zu beharren.

Ohne daran zu erinnern, daß Libyen selbst auf internationalen Druck hin seine nuklearen Bestrebungen eingestellt hat, warnte Gadaffi den Iran, daß ein militärischer Angriff die Islamische Republik in eine ähnliche Lage wie den Irak bringen würde, da sie auch nicht stärker sei als dieser 2003 am Vorabend des Krieges. Gleichzeitig warnte er jedoch auch die USA und Israel vor einem Militärschlag im Fall des Scheiterns einer diplomatischen Lösung.

GiNN-BerlinKontor.—Rund US-$ 75 Millionen aus Entschädigungsgelder sollen korrupte US-amerikanische Anwälte als Vertreter von Holocaust-Opfern als “Honorare” kassiert haben. Nun sitzen sie zum Teil hinter Gittern. Der Fernsehsender 3AT “Kulturzeit” (Moderatorin Tina Mendelsohn) berichtete am 07.08. unter dem Titel “SHOAH Business - Wie Amerikas Top-Juristen mit Massenklagen Millionengeschäfte machten” über diese “raffgierigen US-Rechtsanwälte”, die von ihren Holocaust-Klienten wegen Veruntreuung und Betrugs endlich verklagt wurden.
Es handelt sich um “die einflußreichsten Anwälte der USA”. Ihre Sammelklagen - auch von Holocaust-Überlebenden - haben sie reich und berühmt gemacht. Nun mußten sich Anwälte wie Richard Scruggs, Edward Fagan und Melvyn Weiss vor Gericht verantworten. Der Anwalt der New York MilbergWeiss-Kanzlei wurde inzwischen zu 30 Monaten Haft und zu US-$ 10 Millionen “Wiedergutmachung” verurteilt. Ed Fagan meldete 2007 in Florida Konkurs an – er gab seine Schulden mit US-$ 9,4 Millionen an.

Auch der Münchener Anwalt Michael Witti arbeitete für ein geschätztes US-$ 8 Millionen Honorar mit dem US-Anwalt Ed Fagan eng zusammen, dem laut “Zwangsarbeiter-Stiftung” bereits 2000 ein “Vorschuß” von 125 Millionen DM überwiesen wurde. Seine Mandanten waren unter anderem in USA lebende Juden im hohen Alter, die während der Naziherrschaft in Ghettos gefangen waren. In Kooperation mit seinem New Yorker Kollegen hatte Witti für die Opfer so genannte „Ghetto-Renten“ zwischen € 300 und € 23 000 erstritten. Die Summen flossen jedoch laut Gerichtsbericht auf ein Konto Wittis. Er wurde zu 11 Monaten Gefängnis - auf Bewährung - verurteilt.

Besonders peinlich: Rabbiner Israel SINGER, Ratsvorsitzender des Jüdischen Weltkongresses (WJC), mußte aller seiner Ämter enthoben werden, als bekannt wurde, daß er für Shoa-Opfer bestimmte Millionenbeträge auf sein privates Konto umgeleitet hatte.

Otto GRAF VON LAMSDORFF war 1999 vom Bundeskanzler beauftragt worden, die Verhandlungen über Art und Höhe der Entschädigung für ehemalige NS-Zwangsarbeiter zu führen. Mit Gründung der Bundesstiftung „Erinnerung, Verantwortung und Zukunft“ begann eine Wiedergutmachung-Aktion, die zu einem Sammlungsbetrag von € 10 Milliarden (!)- aus Industrie und Bundesregierung - für die noch lebendem Zwangsarbeiter führten. Rund 1,7 Millionen ehemalige Zwangsarbeiten erhielten angeblich im Höchstfall € 7.700 als Entschädigung für ihre Sklavenarbeit in Nazi-Deutschland - meist aber war die Summe deutlich kleiner.

“Die wirklichen Gewinner waren Männer wie der amerikanische Anwalt Melvyn Weiss. Sein Honorar aus dem Zwangsarbeiterfonds betrug rund € 7 Millionen. Nun mußte er hinter Gitter, weil er seine Mandanten schmierte”, so 3Sat. Sammelklagen - auch mit Zwangsarbeitern - garantieren immer noch in USA “ein fettes Geschäft” - für die Anwälte.

Aus einem Bericht der Bundesregierung geht hervor, daß Milliarden-Beträge aus dem Programm bisher ausgezahlt wurden. Auf Zahlungen wegen Zwangsarbeit in einem Konzentrationslager (KZ) oder Ghetto entfielen den Angaben zufolge knapp € 2,12 Milliarden. Wegen Deportation in das so genannte Deutsche Reich oder in besetzte Gebiete sowie wegen Zwangsarbeit seien € 1,26 Milliarden gezahlt worden. Hinzu kämen Leistungen an andere NS-Opfer in Höhe von € 958,37 Millionen. Über die Jewish Claims Conference (JCC) als Vertretung der jüdischen Opfer sind laut Bericht € 1,15 Milliarden geflossen, sowie an die Internationale Organisation für Migration (IOM) und weitere Partnerorganisationen der Stiftung (€ 376,28 Millionen).

Die Zahlungen an betroffene Polen belaufen sich laut Bundesregierung auf knapp € 974 Millionen. Betroffene aus der Ukraine hätten € 866,07 Millionen, NS-Opfer aus Rußland € 420,97 Millionen und aus Weißrußland € 345,34 Millionen erhalten. An tschechische NS-Opfer seien € 207,6 Millionen ausgezahlt worden.

Die Zahl der Empfänger wird mit 1.659.132 angegeben. Davon entfielen 296.740 auf Zwangsarbeiter in KZs oder Ghettos, 561.282 auf deportierte oder inhaftierte Zwangsarbeiter und 801.110 auf “andere” NS-Opfer. Gezahlt worden sei an 483.287 Polen, 471.167 Ukrainer, 252.543 Russen, 129.485 Weißrussen und 75.769 Tschechen. 158.097 jüdische Empfänger hätten ihr Geld über die JCC ausgezahlt bekommen, 88.784 Personen von der IOM. Von den 2.316.517 Anträgen seien 1.659.132 positiv entschieden und ausgezahlt worden.

Der Bremer Politologe Klaus Freiherr von Münchhausen kämpfte in Deutschland seit über 15 Jahren für die Opfer der nationalsozialistischen Ausbeutung. Er selbst verhalf über 4000 ehemaligen Zwangsarbeitern zu einer Entschädigung. Die Raffgier seiner amerikanischen Kollegen sei immer “suspekt” gewesen, heißt es in dem Bericht.

Von Münchhausen bekam mehrmals “lukrative Angebote” aus Amerika für eine Zusammenarbeit. Er sollte seine Mandate abtreten, also: verkaufen. “Kasse machen - mit Zwangsarbeit.” Von Münchhausen mußte wegen seines Alleingangs Insolvenz anmelden. Er hatte sich Geld bei der Sparkasse geliehen, um weiter arbeiten zu können. Zur Seite standen ihm ehemalige Zwangsarbeiter, Freunde in Israel und freiwillige Helfer. Von der Regierung bekam er lediglich € 74 000.

Heute gibt sich von Münchhausen “nicht mehr zornig und verbittert, wegen des Schicksals dieser alten Leute, die draufgezahlt haben, während sich die Amerikaner bereichert haben”. Er sehe jetzt jedoch, daß “man langsam erkennt, daß diese amerikanischen Rechtsanwälte zum Teil Kriminelle sind, und daß sie jetzt ihr Schicksal ereilt”, so von Münchhausen in 3SAT “Kulturzeit” (07.08)

PARIS: Jean Sarkozy, the 21-year-old son of French President Nicolas Sarkozy, has filed a complaint against unknown persons over anti-Semitic grafitti, the daily Le Figaro reported Friday.

The paper said a 63-year old suspect had been arrested by police., The man had previous record of known anti-Semitic comments.

The younger Sarkozy’s complaint followed a number of grafitti messages smeared on buildings in an up-scale suburb of Paris, with the message “Sarkozy, thieving Jew,” the paper said.

The incident follows on a satire column about Jean Sarkozy’s forthcoming marriage to a Jewish department store heiress and reports of his supposed conversion to Judaism.

The author of the column, which appeared in the satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo, was dismissed. Jean Sarkozy has denied plans to convert to Judaism.

Here are the final submissions we filed for the constitutional challenge of Section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act (Canada’s thought control legislation)

These submissions include a summary of all the evidence we submitted, as well as 50 pages of additional argument to the main motion I filed in 2005 (can be seen here)

Even tho the fanatical Canadian Human Rights Tribunal “member”, did not allow the intervention applications of the British Columbia Civil Liberties Association and the Canadian Constitutional Foundation, we did incorporate their arguments into the final submissions.

The summary of testimony includes:

CHRC spying operations on Canadians via Message Boards, Email and the postal system, using pseudonyms such as “Jadewarr” and “OdensRevenge”
The WiFi hijacking of Nelly Hechme’s internet account by CHRC operatives to hide their online identity (currently being investigated by the RCMP)
CHRC investigator Dean Steacy’s famous quote that “freedom of speech is an American concept and therefore has no weight”
CHRC investigator Dean Steacy admitting that he tried to talk to me on internet message boards to entrap me, and get evidence to claim I was “vexatious” and therefore not able to file CHRC complaints.
Testimony of Dr. Michael Persinger, a top Canadian neuroscientist, who testified that “hateful” speech does not cause trauma and harm to Canadians and that censorship causes a wide range of chilling effects on speech. Also proved that there is NOT A SINGLE experimental stidy which links so called “hate speech” to any loss in self-esteem or cause any trauma.

Meanwhile this gives the witness the ability to specially tailor their evidence.
