In the USA, the Jewish population is about 2%, but 72% of signatories of the Project for a New American Century are Jewish. Whilst being Jewish does not mean being involved in the NWO, they certainly don’t make it easy for us not to come to such conclusions.

72% of the signatories of “Project for the New American Century” were Jewish. I suppose it’s possible that he might be just a Semitic-looking neocon gentile with an obsessive-compulsive fondness for Israel and its security and a funny-sounding name, but I doubt it.
