Early evidence of the genus Homo in East Asia.

The timing and route of the earliest dispersal from Africa to
Eastern Asia are contentious topics in the study of early human
evolution because Asian hominin fossil sites with precise age
constraints are very limited. Here we report new high-resolution
magnetostratigraphi c results that place stringent age controls on
excavated hominin incisors and stone tools from the Yuanmou Basin,
southwest China.
The hominin-bearing layer resides in a reverse polarity magnetozone
just above the upper boundary of the Olduvai subchron, yielding an
estimated age of 1.7Ma.
The finding represents the age of the earliest documented presence of
Homo, with affinities to Homo erectus, in mainland East Asia. This
age estimate is roughly the same as for H. erectus in island
Southeast Asia and immediately prior to the oldest archaeological
evidence in northeast Asia.
Mammalian fauna and pollen obtained directly from the hominin site
indicate that the Yuanmou hominins lived in a varied habitat of open
vegetation with patches of bushland and forest on an alluvial fan
close to a lake or swamp. The age and location are consistent with a
rapid southern migration route of initial hominin populations into
Eastern Asia.

It’s like saying that the people who broke into your family’s home, raped your mother and sisters in front of you, tortured you, your father and brothers and then killed everyone present…stole or broke everything that was in your home…and then set what was left on fire…were in reality YOUR LIBERATORS! You see? And, to add insult to injury, you’re being indoctrinated in your schools and by the media (the perpetrators set up following their criminal deeds!) that you must be grateful for what these criminals did to you, your entire family, and home! Should you not grovel in front of your masters or sufficiently show your appreciation, you’ll be persecuted, prosecuted, fined, and incarcerated. ["The beatings will stop when morale improves!"]
Only in that sense can we say that the Germans were liberated in 1945.

Yankee-Judea has no shame!
It’s interesting to hear representatives of the Bush administration complain about alleged irregularities in the elections of foreign countries, given the fiasco in Florida nearly eight years ago, in which Bush’s brother was doubtless involved. In any case, one would think this was Nicaragua’s internal affair. After all, you don’t hear from the Nicaraguan embassy about alleged irregularities in American elections. I suspect this is retaliation against Nicaragua for being the first country after Russia to recognise the independence of Abkhazia and South Ossetia. The following news story, attributed only to wire services, was printed on page A2 of the Saturday, 25 October 2006 edition of the Arizona Republic.
