These type of excessive aspirations will only serve to create frustration and resentment among low I.Q. Negroes. Of course they’ll then blame White racism for their failures, as they always do.
And again the White man will be at the receiving end of Negro demands (affirmatitive actions, racial quotas, etc.) accompanied by threats of mayhem (”No justice no peace!”).
A decade or so ago some Japanese scientist or researcher was quoted as saying that the Negroes were best suited to function in pre-industrial, pastoral, farming societies and that they just didn’t have what it takes to make it in knowledge-based economies.

Most Whites have moved away from negro ghettos, however hispanics have moved in and frankly hispanics are alot more racist then Whites and I predict if there is rioting (almost a certainty) that there may be a Race War between Browns and Blacks and Browns work to defend their barrios.
